What does INCUBE stand for?
Innovative network
INCUBE stands for "innovative network of cooperating companies to accelerate development". INCUBE is a partnership for development that consists of the social firms "jugend hilft jugend-Arbeit gGmbH“, Bio-Catering Marbachshöhe GmbH, and "Neue Arbeit gGmbH“, the CAP franchise structure at "Genossenschaft der Werkstätten für behinderte Menschen“ (GdW Süd) as well as "Fachberatung für Arbeits- und Firmenprojekte“ (FAF gGmbH) and "BAG Integrationsfirmen e. V.“.
The know-how of these network partners concerning market strategies and socio-economic strategies as well as concerning processes of counselling and support is aimed to be used in order to create new jobs, companies and structures and to stabilise the existing ones. Succesful business models are supposed to be a good example for new projects and the founding of new companies.
Aims
The participants of the project work to achieve the following aims:
- Improvement and proliferation of good business ideas
- Replication and Licensing of succesful business models
- Creation of production communities and networks of suppliers
- Creation of a new franchising structure
- Creation of modules for the development of the personnel
Equal – team initiative
Partnership development
Equal is
Equal is a team initiative cofinanced by the Europeam Social Fund (ESF). Its aim is to decrease the discrimination of disadvantaged groups of persons on the labour market.
Partnerships for development
Different than in earlier programmes, Equal does not promote single "stand alone“ projects, but so-called "partnerships for development“, consisting of different project partners, who deal with spe-cific questions and problems. Thus the experiences and the results of all involved shall be paied account to, synergy effects shall be used and longlasting changes in the interest of disadvantaged groups shall be achieved.

Mutual use of cooperation
The general aim of the transnational cooperation is, to open up the experiences of one's own coun-try to one's partners and to profit from their experiences.
Different forms of transnational activities like study visits, seminars, workshops, conferences and further events, but also the creation of adequate structures are the framework for the cooperation.
The common task of the SIPS network
"SIPS“ means:
Share – The basis for the cooperation: The will to share knowledge.
Identification – of business models that are suitable in the countries involved.
Promotion – of the idea "Creation of new jobs in the third sector“.
Support – of social firms.
